I thought I might take a moment to lay out my excuses for running poorly beforehand:
- Work, weather, and an injury have kept me from running for most of the month (though I have been playing soccer at least twice a week for the last three weeks.
- I have a cold/sore throat.
- It's going to be cold.
- My lower back has been giving me problems for about a week.
- My left hamstring and quad have been injured for the last month.
I'm just kind of hoping to finish.
